These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the VeeStyla mobile application, owned and operated by RFR App Ltd.

By accessing or using VeeStyla, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use VeeStyla.

2. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure
  • You must provide accurate information
  • You may not impersonate another person or entity

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload.

By posting content, you grant RFR App Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute, and promote your content within the App.

This licence ends when your content is deleted, except where legally required.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or share:

  • Harassment, hate speech, or abuse
  • Explicit or sexual material
  • Content you do not own or have rights to
  • Spam or misleading content

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

5. Voting and Engagement

All votes, comments, and interactions must be genuine.

Automated or manipulated engagement is prohibited.

6. Direct Messaging

Users are responsible for the messages they send.

Harassment or abuse may result in suspension or termination.

7. Reporting and Moderation

Users may report content or accounts.

RFR App Ltd may remove content or restrict accounts where necessary.

8. Advertising and Affiliate Links

  • The App may contain sponsored or affiliate content
  • We are not responsible for third-party products or services
  • Purchases via external links are governed by third-party terms

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users may delete their account at any time.

10. Disclaimer

VeeStyla is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RFR App Ltd is not liable for:

  • User-generated content
  • Data loss
  • Third-party services
  • Indirect or consequential damages
